Deep C was established on 1st August 2003 by Business Psychologist and Managing Director, Peter Horncastle.
We are a leadership consulting firm, dedicated to creating leadership advantage for our clients, while remaining faithful to our Business Psychology roots. Clients partner with us on aspects of ‘deep change’ and Deep C’s value proposition has evolved in that direction since our inception. We now operate across a spectrum of facilitation, executive coaching and organisational consulting services.
Following our launch…
We secured client engagements in the UK, as well as EMEA, the US and APAC, before relocating the business in 2010 to its current home at The Surrey Technology Centre, in Guildford, UK.
Since then, we have continued to grow the Deep C brand within the leadership consulting field, both in the UK and internationally, launching our new website and social media platform in 2020. Our network of partner firms and trusted independent practitioners now provide Deep C with a valuable international footprint and access to emerging leadership thinking and practice globally.
